Opening Up Page 25
He barked a laugh, leaning down to kiss her because there was nothing else to do but taste that sweetness.
“You put it on then.”
“Okay.” She lost that laziness as she got to her knees and took the condom, ripping it open. Bending, she peered close as she slid it around the barbell and then down into place. “I told you already how hot that is, right? Probably a lot. But yeah. Wow.”
He traced the pad of his thumb over her lips and she sucked it into her mouth. His balls tightened against his body.
“Head down. Ass up.”
She nibbled on his thumb before letting go and doing as he’d said.
He paused to look his fill at all that beauty before him. Acres of beautiful skin, all her ink, the curve and sway of her body.
And the furls of her pussy bared to his gaze and attention. He moved close enough to grasp the base of his cock and tease through those wet folds until she made a demanding little sigh and thrust herself back at him.
This heart of a woman was it, as far as Asa was concerned. But nothing prepared him for the way it felt as he slowly pushed into her body and the heat and snugness of her pussy brought sweat beading across his forehead.
He groaned as her inner walls gripped him, and that was before she groaned like she’d never felt better in her life.
“Don’t make me do all the work.”
She didn’t say anything, but clearly she’d heard him because she pushed herself back against him, meeting his thrust.
Each time he slid all the way inside, she made a sound. A deliciously-on-the-verge-of-orgasm, oh-god-fuck-me-harder sound that shredded the very last bit of his control.
He pushed a little harder and the sound she made was deeper and she fluttered all around his cock.
“Tell me.”
“Fuck me harder.”
He sucked in a breath and began to fuck her harder, digging deep each time she pushed back that extra bit. He bent a little, bracing his weight on one hand as he reached around her body to find her clit with the other.
No protests that she couldn’t. Instead her inner muscles contracted around his cock the moment he made contact with his fingertips.
She added a little swivel each time she pushed back to meet him, so Asa let that be the strokes against her clit. She set the pace for that while he continued to fuck her, each stroke a little harder, a little deeper.
A breath separated him from orgasm, and when she cried out and gripped him tight, there was nothing but falling into climax right along with her as he stayed deep.
After what felt like a never-ending orgasm, he pulled out carefully, kissing her hip as he got out of bed to deal with the condom.
She’d gotten back into a T-shirt and her panties when he came back. “Now I’m really hungry. I have pie. I just remembered that. My mom made it.” She paused to kiss him as she walked back out into the main area of the apartment.
Okay then. He pulled his jeans on and headed out after her.
Chapter Eight
“Come again?” PJ asked her father.
“We’ve decided you need to return to your position as vice president of sales. Colman has no need to expand our services with painting. It’s not what we do. We can’t mass-produce it. We make tires and we make a very healthy profit selling them. That’s what we do.”
He hadn’t asked her to explain any of her ideas. Hadn’t commented on anything, and this was the first he’d spoken of it since she’d brought it up two months before.
She hardened herself. Letting any of them know how upset she was wouldn’t help. Chances were it would do the opposite. Plus, she had enough pride not to let it show, damn it.
“Dad, we don’t have to mass-produce it. It’s not what we do now, no. That’s the point. It doesn’t have to be. It makes us a profit and it’s about cars. That’s our mission, that’s the heart of Colman. Why not let me have this as something I bring to the table? I have a client base. You’ve seen the numbers. I’ve spent the last two years learning and honing my technique. I have a portfolio, if you’d like to see.” Why couldn’t he let her have this one thing? This thing she’d thought of and made into a success? This thing that would make him finally realize she was as worthy as her other siblings and not just some silly flake.
“I said no, Penelope Jean, and I don’t want to hear anything else about it. And I don’t want you wasting company time to go to these classes of yours.”
It would have been dramatic to say it felt as if her heart was breaking. In truth, he’d done that a long time ago, and she hated to hear herself begging for just a scrap of his attention.
“I’ve never wasted Colman money. I’ve paid for these classes and tutorials myself. I take them on vacation days or at night and the weekends. This doesn’t steal from Colman. This makes us stronger and better.”
Julie spoke up. “She’s right. This is a very profitable thing for Colman to do. By splitting her existing clients between Shawn and Jay, we keep the profit she made. Which means what she brings in is all new profit. All new revenue stream. And more clients who turn to Colman when they need services.”
Shawn rapped the table. “I agree.”
“You don’t have a vote, Shawn.” Their uncle shrugged.
“This is my company too. This is something I can do to make Colman mine. Put a stamp on it.” She appealed directly to her father. Jay would land wherever the power was, and she knew where Fee stood.
Fee interrupted before her father could speak. “You don’t need to do it. You have a job here. Do that one.”
